In the Pampers FEI space, I was tasked with creating inspiring visual concepts for the product graphics of their unique diaper forms. I developed 4 mood boards, each highlighting a unique benefit space. From there I created designs that envisioned the future of diaper graphics. The goal was to communicate key benefit areas while bringing a fresh, innovative perspective to how the product graphics could evolve.

The diaper design for this space would use gradients and embossing to highlight key areas of performance to communicate breathability, softness, and areas of high mobility. I also brought in some cute character placement as delight for mom and baby.
This design is all about zones of performance and using color blocking to showcase those areas. The inks would be bright to highlight areas of enhanced performance for movement and breathability. This design would also use glow in the dark inks to aid in nighttime changes.
This design is the most unique in it’s new form. I really wanted parents to understand how this would work since it would involve a habit change in the process of diapering. In this design it gives the parent step-by-step instructions on how to change the baby’s diaper while standing up. This design utilizes printing on the inside and outside of the diaper as well as baby friendly cues for delight and ease of use.
This last design was all about showcasing the inner layers that do all of the work to make it the highest performing diaper when it comes to comfort and leakage protection. Using gradients, interior and exterior printing and patter placement to highlight areas of absorbency and breathability. This design also uses an unexpected way of highlighting characters and being playful as well.
