For this Baby Dry initiative I created and designed a global strategy and menu utilizing both licensed and non-licensed characters for the Baby Dry diaper line. I Illustrated the non-licensed characters as well as the Sesame Street characters.

Through trend sensing, three areas were identified to push storytelling for the flagship line
Shopping audits of mentor clothing brands, children’s story books, and trending themes, physical boards were created to help inspire the team and bring along the client on the journey.

Stories and illustrations were created to show how the size run would come to life for the different themed worlds.
I created a core character cast, color palette and patterns to help build out the story as the sizes progressed.

A Non-licensed character line was created first for the Western European region. This was then followed by a licensed version utilizing Sesame Street characters for North America.




I worked with the team at Sesame Street to create the beloved Sesame characters in our storyline for Pampers.




To help in the deployment of this collection of designs a kit was sent out to multiple regions to get the teams excited for the launch of our new character cast.
Items included were a baby blanket, themed stuffed animal, swatch book, kids underwear, and storybook that brings the characters to life!
